This is without a doubt one of the finest C&C MKI's in Ontario. It has been meticulously maintained down to the smallest detail. You could litterally "eat off the engine" and the sail are all crisp and like new. You wont find a finer example. The vessel comes with a stellar Marine survey conducted in Aug.31,2012 for the new owners insurance broker. The C&C 27 was the yacht which began C&C Yachts path to being one of the Industries leaders in firberglass sailboats. Of all the designs from the C&C, the C&C 27 has outstanding ability to sail, spacious cockpit, pure comfort and the quality of the production. Over 1,000 hulls produced the C&C 27 remains a classic yacht for all ages. The vessel is impeccable and no expense has been spaced to have it professionally maintained and serviced. The current owner has spared no expence it outfit this boat with new cushions, upholstry, corian countertops, cockpit cushions, a keeble canvas cover, new main sail, jib, new sony AM/FM radio, new engine exhaust, all new stantions and life lines. New anchor roller, new origo stove (electric and alcohol combo), new #4 jib sail, new VHF radio, self-steering gear (ST-200), GPS Garmin 128, , and new steel cradle.

An Individual Member and Director of CSTA was elected Dec 17, 2011 to the executive as Secretary of this organization representing Canadian Tallships and sail training vessels.

Brigantine Inc/Canadian Tallship Expeditions and the Sail Training Vessel, St Lawrence II participated in all the Canada 150 Tall ship port events on the Great Lakes and Maritimes in 2017. During 2018 to present, we have operated in the Great Lake and upper St. Lawrence with trainees from across Canada. This included a number of youths from Nunavut and the Yukon Territories.
