This Contessa 26 was refitted SOME YEARS AGO with $35,000 worth of upgrades when purchased by the current owner.
Upgrades AT THE TIME including; new allgrip, deck hardware, re-engine Yamar 13m with CURRENTLY less than 600 hours, refrigeration unit, a lowered cabin sole, teak and holly, four opening port holes, a full bimini, a roller furling jib- 150 & 120 genoa. Scuppers have been moved forward to accommodate more load in the cockpit. The refit was done professionally.
This boat currentlyneeds some cosmetics and a good cleaning repairs but otherwise is deemed seaworthy and was sailed this season and is currently in the water in Kingston Harbour.
