Vessel
Holiday Mansion Housecruiser, model 380 Baracuda. Vessel has duel helm stations and a four cabin layout with a large entertainment area above the main cabin salon. Wide walkaround provides easy access to bow and stern on each side of cabin. Below decks provide comfortable accommodation for up to eight people. Propulsion provided by twin Volvo V8 gasoline engines driving through Volvo Dual stern drives. Vessel gelcoat is ivory/beige finish with black accent striping.
Construction Details
Vessel manufactured by Holiday Mansion Internaional of Albany, Kentuncky USA. The vessel is constructed in the conventional FRP laminate method. Its is bulit in 2 pieces one the hull and the complete upper deck structure the other. The full being a series of laminations of chopped strand mat bonded with orthophalic polyester resin and finished externally in pigmented gelcoat. Hull stiffening is facilitated by substantial stringers encapsulated by figerglass roving bonded to the full length of the hull. These stringers also faciliate engine mounts in stern of vessel.

Engine
Twin 305 cu. in. 200 hp. V8 Volvo gasoline engines, both dry with no oil residue, with all fuel and water lines secure, and properly mounted and in good condition, oth in excellent running order.
Onan 6.5 generator, in good order, properly vented an exhausted through stern transom.
3 heavy duty marine batteries securely mounted and properly wired to marine battery switches, all wire connections are secure and in good order.
Accommodations
Forward Cabin- Cabin is accessed by short stairwell down from main salon area, two twin beds provide sleeping quarters and a small head provide toilet and a flush mouth molded sink with hot and cold water. A large storage locker provides generous storage in bow area and also house the marine charger/converter and central vacuum system.
Main salon & Helm- A large screene patio style door enters to the helm area from the starboard side. Complete helm with full dual instrumentation monitor all engine functions.
Galley
A large galley area contains full cabinets, a large Corian counter top with galley sink with all plumbing in good order. A full size refrigerator, Galley Maid Empress Oven, 3 burner eletric stove, mirtowave and dining area with television. All are 110. Volt applicances in good order.
This vessel has a market value based on present condition of $80,000. Although Holiday Mansion International has been around in the marine business for a number of years few are available in today market. Fewer still exhibit the care and upgrades this vessel has seen. This vessel shows it has been meticulously maintained mechanically with many new upgrades, interior upgrades and outside appearance also reflect constant care and pride of ownership.
