The Classic Niagara 35, Mark Ellis design, has a spacious work area forward with a most generous sail locker. There are 2 quarter berths. The galley and the head are amidships for long passage and extended cruising convenience. This is a proven blue-water, stable and stiff, family coastal cruiser.

This clean family cruiser has been well cared for and professionally maintained. The vessel is in sail-away condition with a motivated seller Propulsion is a 40 hp Volvo diesel engine and sail drive with approximately 320 hours since installation. All sails lightly used with a new mainsail built by Andy Soper, Kingston Sail Loft This Niagara has a variety of electronic systems including radar ,chart plotter, anticollision, Sirius Weather, Single Side Band Radio and VHF Ground tackle includes two heavy CQR anchors with heavy chain rode and a Danforth anchor for light duty service. Davits for the Dingy have been removed from the transom but are available and included ready for reinstallation The spacious interior is equipped with propane refrigeration and a diesel fireplace. This Niagara 35 Classic is winterized and currently on the hard at the Britannia Yacht Club, Ottawa available for viewing with prior notice.

An Individual Member and Director of CSTA was elected Dec 17, 2011 to the executive as Secretary of this organization representing Canadian Tallships and sail training vessels.

Brigantine Inc/Canadian Tallship Expeditions and the Sail Training Vessel, St Lawrence II participated in all the Canada 150 Tall ship port events on the Great Lakes and Maritimes in 2017. During 2018 to present, we have operated in the Great Lake and upper Gulf of St. Lawrence with trainees from across Canada. This included a number of youths from Nunavut and the Yukon Territories.
